Pentair, a $3.5 billion dollar global leader in the water solutions and technical products industries, developed and installed a custom-designed Rain Water Recycle System for Target Field - the home of the Minnesota Twins. The system captures, conserves and reuses rain water to then wash down the lower decks of the stadium and irrigate the ball field. The system is estimated to reduce the need for municipal water at Target Field by over 50 percent, helping the ballpark to qualify for LEED certification and saving more than 2 million gallons of water annually.
