Pentair, a $3 billion global provider in water solutions and technical products, needed help transitioning from a manufacturer of products to a provider of innovative solutions. This evolution meant that their business model, brand and technology would need to evolve as well. As Pentair’s interactive agency of record, Atomic Playpen was tasked to help Pentair define a long-term vision and roadmap. The effort required a large research and discovery engagement that resulted in a series of initiatives and a multi-phase plan that would achieve Pentair’s goal. One of Atomic Playpen’s initial tasks was to redesign pentair.com. The updated site is aesthetically pleasing and easy to explore due to its fresh, clean minimalist design and its well-thought-out site architecture. The new brand look & feel continues to be leveraged for all of Pentair’s online and offline marketing & communications initiatives.
