Real Moments in Exceptional Service integrated campaign.

Minnesota Life, the fourth largest group life insurer in the country, was in need of a strong brand look and wanted to generate more brand awareness. Atomic Playpen created a consistent brand look and feel for all Minnesota Life communications, both online and off, to achieve this goal. Minnesota Life is known for delivering exceptional customer service, and to tell this story, AP turned to the employees of Minnesota Life to showcase their "Real Moments in Exceptional Service." Along with print ads, online banner ads, email blasts, newsletters and more, AP centered the campaign around a microsite featuring videos highlighting moments in customer service. These videos ultimately established the new brand look for Minnesota Life.
