Video drives high click-thru-rate.

The Save the Walls campaign was an awareness/sales effort to introduce new Command Strip dorm products to college students. The campaign used several tactics to drive students online to SaveTheWalls.org, where the sale could be made. Video banner ads ran on social media sites to reach students while they were already online. The ads featured fake PSAs urging people to “save the walls”. The results? The ads received a unique visitor click-thru-rate 3X the average seen on Facebook and flash banners received more than double the industry average.
